Nontsika Hattingh has 10 years of experience as an executive and non-executive board member. Mrs. Hattingh was an executive board member of a large cleaning company and is a non-executive of an NGO and foundation. Mrs. Hattingh was the chairperson for several committees, namely the Employment Equity Committee, Skills Development, and BBBEE Committee. She has been the chairperson for disciplinary and employee grievance hearings, meetings, and procedures. Mrs. Hattingh is enthusiastic about skills development and training. She is motivated by growing and developing businesses as well as individuals and finds satisfaction in seeing them flourish. She is a hands-on entrepreneur who brings extensive industry knowledge and networks. Mrs. Hattingh offers negotiation skills and expertise to provide exceptional services, regardless of project complexity. Mrs. Hattingh acts as an independent non-executive director to participate in all annual board meetings, directorial functions, and other duties as required by the organization. These may include, but not be limited to, participating in the decision-making process with regard to performance, skills development, sustainability, resources, transformation, diversity, employment equity, standards of conduct, BBBEE strategy and implementation, change management, and evaluation of performance.
